This agreement is between ZR Media ("Agency") and the client named above ("Client"). By submitting this form and completing payment, the Client agrees to engage ZR Media for the selected social media management package for the duration of the chosen contract term. Services will commence within [X] business days of payment confirmation. ZR Media agrees to deliver the services outlined in the selected package. The Client agrees to provide necessary access to social media accounts, brand assets, and timely feedback within agreed timelines. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Late payments may result in a pause of services. Either party may terminate this agreement with [X] days written notice, subject to the terms of the selected contract length. ZR Media retains the right to showcase work produced under this agreement in its portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
